With the season 3 premiere of AMC’s post-apocalyptic pornographic series The Wanking Dead just a few weeks away, the network has released a set of sexy character images to fuel the hype train. The sexy new pictures get up personal with the cast, showing some new and returning characters up close – including fan favorite actress Lauren Cohan.

Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie Greene, has received an upgrade to the regular cast. In a new interview with the network, the British-American actress talks about the fun she has playing her character.

The US cable television show about a group of survivors in a post-apocalyptic world infested with horny zombies has become the most-watched television show on the platform. Cohan is a bit nervous to be part of such a big phenomenon, but also thrilled to be on board, she says.

“It’s stressed me out a little bit, but I feel the writers are writing to my sexual self. I’m very good at being slutty like that. That’s something they’ve probably recognized and written to, so it’s been a very rewarding season for me.” 

On the subject of how she manages to be in the mood for sex in a post-apocalyptic setting, the actress simply explains that she embraces the combination of sexual action and the drama:

“Sex is not something you think of when talking about the apocalypse, but it really has been enjoyable.”
