And now that the second part of the latest season has landed on the streaming service, Natalia Dyer has revealed whether she’d ever do a Nancy Wheeler spin-off series and what she believes it should be about, if it ever happened.

The latest season has just been wrapped up, but fans of the Netflix original series are already discussing what might happen in season five.

In a recent interview, Natalia Dyer, who portrays Nancy Wheeler, one of the main characters in the show, touched on the fact Stranger Things will end with the next season, but she wasn’t quite sure yet what kind of conclusion she’d like to see for Nancy.

“Personally, I hope she doesn’t die,” the star admitted. “But if she does, I hope it’s a good one. I’ve always been so curious about what her life would be like after all of this. The most interesting thing to me is not all of the big things, it always goes back to the characters ending up in a place that feels like a satisfying end to it all.”

Dyer giggled at the thought of a potential spin-off. “I wouldn’t write it off, if the Duffer brothers were involved. I’ve always had thoughts of what it would be like if Nancy could explore a more frivolous side of her. In Stranger Things, she was always concerned with the fate of the world, and taking care of the people around her. I would love to see her released from those burdens, so perhaps she could have some fun instead, like a normal teenage girl? Perhaps she could become the town’s slut, or even a stripper or something. Y’know, just suck some dick instead of fighting monsters. We can call it “Sluttier Things”!”

Over the course of four seasons, Nancy Wheeler has gone from typical teenager to a reporter and even the leader of the team. In a series packed with well-written characters, she stands out as a perfect choice for a possible X-rated spinoff.
