The sexy brunette, 29, reveals in the latest issue of the mag how a healthy sex routine helped her getting into her best shape ever. While proudly showing off her visible abs and firm tits, Nina shares some tips and tricks she used to obtain her toned body.
The star explained she enjoys doing a “sex cocktail” which is a combination of several sex positions, including 69, missionary, cowgirl and doggystyle.
“I’m getting older and more conscious of when I fuck and how I fuck it and what sexual positions I do,” she explained. “Fucking someone different [each day] has been the most fun, and I’ve seen the most benefit because you shock your system.”
“I need to fuck every single day somehow, even if it’s just in the steam room,” Dobrev added.
