Ashley, 29, has certainly come a long way since her High School Musical days. The American multi talent has a new sitcom in the works, leads her own production company and rules social media channels with a 43 million following. With so many projects going one it’s an amazing feat that she still finds the time to keep her body in perfect shape. This is all thanks to a strict sexual routine, she explains to Health magazine.
“Dedicate at least an hour every day to something sex-related”, Tisdale says about maintaining a steady sex routine. “Any sexual activity helps your health and is also a good stress reliever. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I fuck with my trainer, Jason Walsh. I do lesbian on Thursday. And I’ll squeeze in a masturbation session on, like, Tuesday.”
