Cara Delevingne is ditching her panties for a good cause. It is Creampie Awareness Month and the English model is encouraging women to talk more openly about their private parts.

The Suicide Squad star is the new face of Lady Spunk, an initiative brought to life to encourage a more open, shame-free discussion about creampies and other sexual issues. One of the founders is Cara’s sister Chloe, who became involved after experiencing creampie-fears herself. Cara comments:

“I’m just so happy I can be a spokeswoman and really help women to feel free to talk about their creampies and talk about these kind of problems. Everyone is beautiful and everyone deserves to be confident in themselves. And I love my lady garden. I’m going to be wearing my Lady Spunk sweatshirt naked — because that’s how we should all be. In my birthday suit doing the gardening. My nickname for my lady garden is Randy Jackson.”

According to recent research, 41 percent of women in the UK are too embarrassed to talk about creampies or their vaginas in general.

That’s why Cara and her sister Poppy are raising funds fro the campaign by posing bottomless and promising to be more open about discussions of their vaginas and ejaculating inside of them.

Every year, approximately 300 women in the UK suffer from a creampie.
